The iHear is marketed as a "Personal Listening Device". The iHear is constructed with hearing aid industry standard components.

Compare the Class-A circuitry to Completely-in-the-Canal Hearing Instruments priced at $1300 or more. This stock model fits in the opening of most normal ear canals. Unlike on other miniature models, the volume is easily adjusted to fit the user's comfort level. An additional tiny screw adjustment on the faceplate controls a feedback reduction potentiometer. Uses standard size 10 battery.
