What are your shipping policies and prices?
For shipments within the United States, we ship via USPS Priority, which takes 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed. Processing takes place 1-3 business days.
Note: Please allow additional time for shipping of refurbished products due to limited availability.

International shipping worldwide is a flat rate of $18 (USD)
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. You will receive a full refund, less shipping charges. Before returning an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (800) 685-1760 and we will give you a return confirmation number. No returns will be accepted without a return confirmation number.
Hearing aids can be easily damaged in shipping, so returns must be packaged in a small box similar to the boxes we use to ship our orders. All hearing aid returns and/or repairs shipped in envelopes will be refused, marked 'Return to Sender'.

What is your warranty policy?
Warranty covers all internal components other than circuit/amplifier and casing. Please see individual product pages for warranty lengths.
What are refurbished hearing aids?
Refurbished hearing aids are pre-owned hearing aids reconditioned to like new working order, and feature a full six-month warranty. Refurbished hearing aids are a great way to save a substantial amount over the cost of new hearing aids.
I have a used hearing aid I'd like to sell. Do you buy them?
Sorry, we don't buy used hearing aids.
I'm looking for a particular model, but I don't see it listed on the site - do you sell it?
